Webber Hires Men's Coach

BABSON PARK | Webber International University has hired Neil Cockburn as its men's soccer coach replacing John Haworth, who stepped down from the position earlier this year.
Cockburn, who is originally from Edinborough, Scotland, has been coaching the Cape Coral High School girls' soccer team for the past year. Prior to that he was a graduate assistant with the men's soccer program at Siena Heights University.
Cockburn will coach the Webber men and will also teach two classes at Webber.
As a player he was the Dalmore United Player of the Year in 1998-99 and served as an apprentice at East Sterling, a third division professional team.
He played college soccer at Iowa Central Community College and Cardinal Stritch University.
