If you didn't stop by 210 City Club last weekend you probably missed your last chance for the summer. Gus Palas, owner of the downtown Lakeland wine and martini bar, said the nightspot, (which was once the site of Trader's), will at least be closed through the month of June. "We wanted to take a break and analyze our investments," Palas said. A message on the club's Web site sounds more final, thanking "all of the dedicated staff who has worked here to make it all possible." In any event, Palas said 210 might reopen briefly next month for a special engagement: Lakeland's Va Va Voom burlesque show, which closed out last weekend's party. Keep your pinup - er, we mean chin up - Gus.
