TAMPA | The Lakeland Flying Tigers scored four runs in the top of the 11th inning and held on to defeat the Tampa Yankees, 6-2, on Monday night.

Brandon Timm started the rally with a double to lead off the 11th, then advanced to third on Scott Sizemore's bunt single. After pinch-hitter Shawn Roof walked to load the bases, Cale Iorg drew a walk to score Timm for the go-ahead run.

Sizemore and Roof scored on a fielding error on Michael Bertram's ground ball, and Iorg scored the final run when Ryan Strieby grounded into a double play.

Angel Castro (2-1) earned the win with two innings of scoreless relief. Lakeland starting pitcher Duane Below lasted 7 1/3 innings and struck out 10 batters.
